I got lost on my way to this session, and I was a bit worried that the twins wouldn't have the energy to make it through the session, but...I think they did. I'm not sure what my favorites from the session will be yet, but here are a few that stood out.

This little guy was camera ready from the first image.







His sister wasn't too sure at first, but I don't think it took her too long to warm up.

I got to photograph a sweet little guy today that is keeping his mom busy while his dad is deployed. Mom and son had a special connection that was hard not to capture.

Got to enjoy those last days of summer.

I've got a newborn in the house! Name: Bacon Snowball.

I am busy at work proofing session from last week, and I thought I would share just one more. Hope this makes you smile.

I ended my week photographing a family with three small children. They kids were so good that people with two children who only want two children should not spend much time with them if you know what I mean.

I got to work with the sweetest little two year old today. I hope he took a nice long nap after running around with me this morning.

As I am downloading images from tonight's session I am really struggling to decide what to share here. The girls were really so much fun and animated (often leaning way towards goofy), but tonight I think I'll share a few moments between the sillies, oh and I guess one silly.

I had another fun session today with a family that just let the kids be kids and man did they run! Don't let the chair picture fool you--this was the first image I took!

I felt a little rusty on my first session back with kids after spending the summer photographing animals and landscapes, but luckily I was eased back into things with these sweet girls. I happen to LOVE some of the goofing off pictures, so that's what I will share tonight.

Ah, the last days of summer. I am going through my many England and Ireland landscape images, but I can't resist posting a few images of my girls outside after dinner enjoying this lovely weather AND amazingly enough enjoying the fact that I was taking their picture.
